Start your journey with HFS here. Our intro classes are for anyone new to functional fitness training and the HFS community. Intro classes are run every few weeks and are led by HFS head coach Regan. All new HFS members must complete Intro Classes before being able to book into other classes.
60-minutes of functional fitness. Includes a warm-up, skill, strength, or technique piece, and a high-intensity training workout.
A 30-40min high-intensity workout without the heavy lifting and advanced gymnastics, just a hard and fast session to squeeze into your lunch break!
